As a Post Sales Representative you will sell current/ new supplies and paper products to current customers and new prospects.
Call and visit customers using Telemarketing module (TeleXant).
Prepare price quotations.
Follow up to customer correspondence.
Influence customers to purchase paper and supplies.
Make follow-up calls when appropriate to close sales.
Accurately record all order information in TeleXant including customer calls/ visits and quotations.
Process orders in FAPS module. (XLAR)
Analyze supplies and paper penetration using TeleXant.
Make acquisition calls.
Make customer visits
Prepare visit log.
Work closely with Customer Admin and Logistics & Distribution to assure correct chanelling of invoices, purchase orders and merchandise.
Communicate problems, concerns or questions to Post Sales Manager.
Resolve customer issues about orders.
Work closely with Customer Admin regarding payment information and credit status.
Participate in meetings and take responsibility for Post Sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Comply with company procedures, policy and rules.
Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
Master the selling skills of screening and qualifying, presenting the products, closing and overcoming objections
Ability to cope with rejection
Willing to work on commission basis
Excellent phone manner and articulation
Driver’s License and own car
Fast & efficient
Min. 2 years work experience in same or similar position
Willing to go an extra mile
Experience in creating quotations and closing of sales deals
